The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Counsels with a variety of legal functions. Maintenance, organization, indexing and tracking all legal documents, records, and files both active and inactive. Maintenance and upkeep of law library materials. Various word-processing tasks: ie correspondence, agreements, tables and etc. Process all bills relating to subscriptions, publication updates and supplies. Copying, faxing, distribution, document production, etc as needed. Must have solid typing skills, must be computer literate: word, excel, access and outlook, good communication skills
